Cutting edge research in surgical denervation techniques

Joint Denervation Consortium

Who we are

The joint denervation consortium was founded in 2023 by Dr. Josh Hustedt, an orthopedic hand and peripheral nerve surgeon. The consortium is a group of interested physicians that work together to provide patient resources, medical education, surgical training, and research on joint denervation. Patients can utilized the joint denervation educational materials to familiarize themselves with denervation treatment options and to find a physician in their area. Healthcare professionals can utilize the surgical technique videos and educational materials on the website as well as participate in the national joint denervation consortium research group to provide outcomes on joint denervation procedures. International partners may be interested in Joint Denervation International, a non-profit organization, that participates in surgical training trips to host countries where implant-based arthroplasty is not readily available.
